Homemade Iced Cappucino


1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup instant coffee
1 cup hot water
6 cup cold milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Whisk together the first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan until smooth.
Bring to a boil over medium heat whisking constantly. Boil and whisk 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Stir in 6 cups of cold milk and vanilla. Cover mixture and chill up to 2 days or serve it immediately over 1/4 cup ice cream. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
