Cream Cheese Frosting

3/4 cup Butter, softened
12 oz softened Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
9 cups Powdered Sugar
In a large bowl, beat butter and cream at medium speed with a mixer until creamy. Beat in cream until combined. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.

  1. How much does this make? Can you add vanilla to this? If so, will you need to cut anything out/back?
