Homemade Banana Nut Bread

1 cup Whole-Wheat Flour
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Butter (melted)
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups ripe Bananas (mashed)4
1/3 cup plain Yogurt
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x5-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In another large bowl, combine butter, eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla, whisking until smooth. Fold flour mixture until well incorporated. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
