Homemade Green Tea Bread

3/4 cup 2% Milk
1 Green Tea bag
2 1/4 cups All- purpose Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Honey
3/4 cup Butter (melted)
3 large Eggs
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large saucepan, combine milk and green tea bag. Heat over medium-high heat until steaming. Remove from heat. Let sit 10 minutes. Discard tea bag.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In another large bowl, combine tea-infused milk, honey, butter, and eggs. Gradually add flour mixture to milk mixture, stirring until blended.
Bake 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
