The Cracker Barrel is my favorite place to eat. I like anything "old fashioned"! They have a delicious hashbrown casserole. Here is the recipe: 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 8 oz shredded Cheese (Don't use Cheddar. It has too much oil!) 1/2 cup chopped Onion 1/2 cup melted Butter Salt & Pepper 42 oz frozen Country-Style Hashbrown Potatoes Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan. Bake 30 minutes. Enjoy!
