Another Homemade Pizookie


Here is another easy recipe for a delicious oatmeal and raisin Homemade Pizookie.
You will need:
2 1/2 tablespoons salted Butter (soft)
1/4 cup light Brown Sugar (packed)
1 tablespoon Egg (beaten)
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
5 tablespoons Flour
1/4 cup Oats (not instant)
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/8 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Raisins
1 tablespoons chopped Walnuts
Bake in a 7" mini pizza pan on 450* for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
