These potatoes are delicious! Here is the recipe: 2 large Potatoes 1 cup shredded White Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half/Half 1/4 cup Salted Butter Salt/Pepper Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil potatoes in 6 to 8 cups of water in a pot until soft. Drain potatoes, then add them back to the pot and mash thoroughly. Add cheese, cream, butter, salt and pepper and heat over medium/low heat, stirring often, until thick. * These potatoes are served at BJ's restaurant.
