Homemade Ginger Tea

When it comes to treating headaches, ginger works especially well. Here is a great recipe for making your own homemade ginger tea. Start by pouring 3 cups of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger. Let steep 4-5 minutes, then strain through a small sieve into a teacup. I like to add 2 teaspoons of honey:) Bye, Bye Headache!
