Homemade Jalapeño Jelly

My friend Bobbie makes some of the best homemade jelly! Here is the easy recipe: 12 ounces Jalapeño peppers (stemmed, seeded & deveined) 2 cups Apple cider vinegar 6 cups Sugar 2 Liquid Pectin. Can as usual.

Ok to answer your question, I love to eat pepper jelly with cream cheese on a cracker; however, my hubby loves it with his sausage eggs an toast in the morning! lol It's totally up to you :) Thanks again for the comment
