Homemade Breakfast Burritos

Here's a yummy breakfast burrito recipe that I like to cook for my family. It's so simple to make! You will need 1 pound of cooked/drained breakfast meat of your choice (I use Jimmy Dean or ground Turkey Sausage) 1/2 dozen eggs scrambled, shredded cheese, flour tortillas, picante sauce, and aluminum foil. Stuff each tortilla with a tablespoon of each mixture.
Next, roll the burrito into aluminum foil and place in the frig or freezer until ready to serve. This is a great on the go breakfast! I hope you will give this recipe a try.

  2. I love making these as well. Some in my family like a little heat, so I add some bell peppers and jalapeno peppers to the eggs. Also, pepper jack cheese adds a little boost. I love that you can lay them out the night before and then just microwave them the next morning. There are so many options for these.
