Quick Homemade Lemon Pie

This is my favorite summer pie! It's VERY simple to make. Pie Crust: 1 sleeve of crushed graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar, and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Mix and press into a pie pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Filling: 8 oz philly cream cheese, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1/3 cup lemon juice, and 1 carton of cool whip. Mix together until light and fluffy. Pour into the homemade graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and Enjoy :)
