Fat Flush Water

I posted this recipe a while back but if you are like me you could use a little help flushing out all of that good holiday sweet potato pie, turkey & dressing, collard greens, cornbread, potato salad, and sweet tea. I'm drooling just thinking about all that goodness! I like to put my water into a pretty CLEAR container so that I can see all the colorful fruit. It makes me want to drink it! Ok you will need: Water of course, start with about 58 ounces, One organic grapefruit sliced, one organic tangerine sliced, one organic cucumber sliced, and some mint leaves. Add ice if you like your water to be chilled. I prefer room temp water but either way will work great. I hope this inspires you to flush all that good holiday food out with this water. Happy Flushing!

  1. Happy New Year, Sonya! I love adding fruit into my water, too but for some reason, I only do it in the summer. I never even considered having it year round, but this post inspired me to do just that... :)
