For those of you that don't know, I do not eat meat. People are always asking me, WHAT DO I EAT!(Smile) I decided to share one of me quick non-meat meals with you. Here's the recipe for my Veggie Tacos! I try to ONLY use organic items simply because I eat A LOT of RAW food!
Romaine Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, Diced Avocado, Refried Black Beans, Shredded Cheese, Diced Green Onions, Spanish Rice, and Tofu Sour Cream.
